What you'll do

  • Tag findings, impressions, and incidental notes in de-identified CT/MR/XR reports
  • Map free-text follow-up recommendations to structured categories (Fleischner-style interval guidance)
  • Grade AI-drafted impressions against the source report for omission and overcall
  • Adjudicate disagreements between junior annotators on ambiguous language

Requirements

Minimum credential: Resident, fellow, or attending

  • MD/DO with radiology residency training or board certification
  • Comfortable reading across modalities (CT, MR, plain film)
  • Active US license; teleradiology experience a plus
  • 6–12 hrs/week for a 12-week evaluation cycle
