About
Medical AI is being graded. It should be graded by clinicians.
Healthcare Reviewer is a work platform with one premise: the people evaluating AI's medical output should be the people qualified to catch its mistakes. We verify medical credentials, match verified experts to AI review work in their specialty, and pay rates that respect clinical training.
Why we exist
The gap between AI capability and clinical trust
Language models now draft patient messages, summarize visits, answer medication questions, and triage symptoms. Their failures are subtle: a fabricated citation with a plausible journal name, a drug interaction that pattern-matching invented, reassurance delivered to precisely the wrong patient. General-purpose annotation workforces don't catch these failures, because catching them takes clinical training.
Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of medical professionals have exactly that training and want flexible work that honors it: between shifts, during research years, around rotations. The existing options mostly waste their expertise on generic tasks.
Healthcare Reviewer connects the two sides properly: AI teams get review work performed by credential-verified clinicians at known credential tiers, and clinicians get remote, flexible work that is recognizably an extension of their profession.
Principles
How we run the platform
Verification is the product
Anyone can click through an annotation tutorial. What AI teams actually need is judgment they can trust, so every reviewer's license and training stage is verified before their first case, and credential tiers are attached to every piece of work we deliver.
Transparent pay, always
Every listing shows its hourly rate before you apply. Rates are benchmarked against what clinical time is worth, not against generic gig-work markets, and approved work pays out weekly.
Privacy-first by design
Review work runs on de-identified or synthetic clinical data in privacy-first workflows. Reviewers never bring data from their own practice, and the reviewer agreement makes that binding.
Honest about what this is
This is AI training and evaluation: not clinical care, not medical advice, and not a replacement for your clinical career. We describe the work plainly and let the rates and the projects speak for themselves.
