Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians with an active, unrestricted US license. We open roles in a handful of specialties at a time: primary care, emergency medicine, women's health, and cardiology right now. Every application is reviewed by a person before any paid work begins.

After you apply, our team reviews your application by hand. You share your license details and NPI, which we check against the national NPI registry, along with your background and the specialty you want to work in. There's no instant, automated approval. A real reviewer looks at every applicant.

Roles pay by the hour, currently $100-180/hr depending on the specialty and your experience. Every listing shows its hourly range before you apply, so you never apply blind.

You work as an independent contractor (1099 in the US). Pay is hourly, your time is tracked in the platform, and payouts go to your bank through Stripe once you've connected a payout account during onboarding.

Two things. You review AI answers to medical questions against a physician-written checklist, marking what a safe, complete answer should include and flagging what the model got wrong. And you write short, fictional teaching cases in your specialty that models learn from. It's the same clinical judgment you use in practice, applied to the model's work.

You choose. The work is asynchronous with no minimum hours. Most reviewers do a few to fifteen hours a week, fit around clinical schedules. You can take cases when it suits you and decline any that fall outside your scope.

Yes: an active, unrestricted US license. We verify your NPI against the national registry as part of reviewing your application. We currently work with US-licensed NPs, PAs, and physicians.

One step, on your own time: a recorded case interview that you do on your own time: two simulated patient cases in your specialty, 30 to 40 minutes in total. You work through each case the way a visit is documented in a clinic and talk through your reasoning out loud. It uses your microphone only, never your camera, and people review it; no software scores you. You sign one case interview agreement before it starts. There is no call to schedule; if it's a fit, we email you the invitation and you take it whenever suits you.

No. You work with fictional or de-identified cases only. Bringing data from your own practice or institution is prohibited by the reviewer agreement.

This is AI evaluation, not patient care, so it isn't moonlighting in the clinical sense. That said, employment and training contracts vary, and some programs restrict outside work of any kind, so check your own agreements. We're happy to describe the engagement in writing if your program needs it.
