- Flag age-inappropriate reassurance (a 3-week-old with fever handled like a toddler)
- Score caregiver-facing communication for clarity, urgency, and follow-up instructions
- Author corrected escalation guidance for every case you overturn
Requirements
Minimum credential: Resident, fellow, or attending
- Pediatrician (PGY-2 or above) with acute-care or outpatient triage experience
- Active, unrestricted US medical license
- Comfortable applying pediatric early-warning and triage frameworks to written vignettes
- 4–10 hrs/week for a 10-week evaluation cycle
